JOSIE HUDSON

FRESH  is an Edinburgh based artist collective featuring six emerging artists from Gray’s School of Art. Our collective consists of artists using a diverse range of media including painting, performance, moving image, sculpture and installation.

The emerging artists who make up the Edinburgh-based artist collective FRESH each met one another while students at Gray’s School of Art. Since graduating, it has been this collective’s mission to exhibit together at least once per year, to showcase over time our gradual development as professional artists, to provide each other with feedback and encouragement, and to become more deeply integrated within the Scottish art scene.

Previously we have exhibited as a group within Edinburgh: first in May 2017 at Whitespace, and our second in November 2018 in the gallery space at Patriothall WASPS studios.

Each artist is currently working on a new body of work to be shown in our next exhibition.
